Example: Cheque bounce 30-day deadline from Oct 3 = Oct 3 + 30 working days (excluding weekends/holidays) = Nov 4, not Oct 33. Using basic calculator would give wrong deadline! For penalties, miss even 1 day and lose case. ALWAYS use Business Days for: legal, financial, official deadlines.
