Determine the complete distance you need to cover:
Total Distance = Trip Distance × (Round Trip? 2 : 1)
Example: 450 km one-way = 900 km round trip
2 Calculate Fuel Required
Divide distance by vehicle mileage to find fuel needed:
Fuel Required = Total Distance ÷ Vehicle Mileage
Example: 900 km ÷ 15 km/L = 60 litres
3 Calculate Total Cost
Multiply fuel quantity by price per unit:
Total Cost = Fuel Required × Fuel Price per Unit
Example: 60 L × ₹105/L = ₹6,300
4 Adjust for Calculation Mode
